Description
“We are never more fully alive, more completely ourselves, or more deeply engrossed in anything, than when we are at play.” ~Charles E. Schaefer
We played! We played hard on our last day of our workshop in Theodore Roosevelt National Park and the last night we all fell into each of our respective beds and didn’t move! All twelve of us!
Even the wild horses played hard after two days of cold, consistent rain and wind, as you see here in this image!
We were up and going at 4:00 am on a Sunday to be in Theodore Roosevelt National Park to watch the fog burn away and then roll back in! It was magic!
From there we found two handsome bachelors in the fog and then on to Boicourt Ridge and off on a six mile hike to find six bands playing, snoozing, eating….doing what wild ones do!
Yes…it was a magical day, well worth the exhaustion from working and playing hard!
