In November of 2014 Minnesota had her first blanket of snow and very cold weather! This quarter horse mare, Olive, opted to take a long drink from Wells Creek in rural Goodhue County. The creek that never freezes unless it gets to -45. Olive was the youngest of the ‘herd’ on the farm until 2016 when the wild Ms. Pinnacles came to live here.
